We're proud to be using music to help make a difference!

Last month, (Dec. ’24) we had the honor of putting together an event to benefit the very worthy non-profit, Recovery through Restoration. It was so very cool to have the support of so many people and businesses to make the event happen, and we definitely intend on doing so again.
In the meantime, though, there are at least three events that Dirty DAHG artists will be performing for coming up in the next three months that are also set to benefit some great charities. A local artist and entrepreneur, C-Critt Veda, and his partner, Jordan Truly, have set some hip hop entertainment events into motion. Hip Hop 4 Hope and Hip Hop 4 Hunger are events that Dirty DAHG Productions is so very proud to be a part of and support!

Help us show some love by going to the Hood Ninja Entertainment page and giving it a “LIKE” – Check out the event pages as well here –> Hip Hop 4 Hope (Rapid City)   Hip Hop 4 Hunger (Spearfish)   Hip Hop 4 Hunger (Sioux Falls)

Hip Hop 4 Hope

Hip Hop 4 Hope is set to happen on February 1st at the J Bar in Rapid City. This Hood Ninja Entertainment event is meant to benefit the non-profit organization, Emily’s Hope. C-Critt Veda and the crew are trying to create conversation about the dangers of fentanyl in the community. Fentanyl is a terrifying danger that contributes heavily each year to the number of overdoses due to the extremely potent nature of the drug. But if people know what to look for and understand the danger, maybe lives can be saved.

Hip Hop 4 Hunger

Hip Hop 4 Hunger has not one, but two events coming up by Hood Ninja Entertainment to benefit the wonderful organization, Feeding South Dakota. The first will be held on March 1st at The Back Porch in Spearfish, then on April 12th in Sioux Falls at Windy City Bites will be the second event. This non-profit aims to help end hunger across the state by giving food to those in need across all 66 counties. Of course, organizations like this can only accomplish goals of this magnitude with support from the community and people around. Thankfully, music events make a great reason to gather and create an easy opportunity to help give back to an organization that gives so readily to others.

Booking Season has begun!

Half Dead & Guardian Angel, Dark Side, FreeFlow, and Rage (almost the entire Dirty DAHG crew of hip hop/rap artists) are participating the the Hip Hop 4 Hope events coming up. Noise in the Barn and Doug Phillips both are taking on new bookings for 2025 right now as well, so we can expect to see them playing that good time music all over the Black Hills and beyond the state borders this year. Plus, there will soon be an event to introduce a very talented and passionate Black Hills author, Vincent Brechtel, to the community. He’s author of the book Violence in Heaven, a story about a man’s journey to faith through some serious adversity. Needless to say, there are many great things on the horizon!

If you or anyone you know would like to book a Dirty DAHG artist for a venue, private party, or personal event, just send an email to dirtydahgbooking@gmail.com. We love to help connect people through music!
