H20 for Life!
Humans are made up of a lot of water, and water is hugely important!! But did you know that not all water is the same? Not even all bottled water is good for you! It might sound crazy, but Jodi is a bit of a water connesiouer and tells us all about H2O today!
00:30 – We begin by talking about the upcoming 25th anniversary celebration and all of the wonderful things that can be found at Back to Nature in Sturgis! There is just so stinkin’ much! There’s all kinds of foods, fresh produce, healthy vitamin supplements, and services like the Healy reading, hair analysis, and reiki. Plus, if anyone stops in on May 1st, they will be able to sign up for some giveaways and fun stuff!
Congratulations to Back to Nature!!
04:24 – Now it’s time to talk about that H2O! We’re are something close to 70% water comprised or more as humans, and the importance of good water within the body can’t be understated. Many people don’t realize what the different kinds of water are capable of doing to and for the human body and its’ health. For example, distilled water has a nasty habit of flushing all the good stuff out of the body along with all the bad stuff, and reverse osmosis water is acidic. But there is a way to get good water for yourself at a reasonable price! Jodi talks about the Water’s Edge system and why it’s her favorite system. You’ll be smiling about how affordable it is, too.
“The best water is always in a state of motion; it goes over the rocks and tumbles down the stream and rushes over waterfalls. In nature, water is always moving…” – Jodi Harris 8:52
07:34 – Why isn’t city water good enough? Jodi explains what chemicals and minerals are found in city water as well as the journey that it takes to get to the housing pipes. But again, there is a system that can take the “dead” water and rejuvenate it in a way that your body can more easily process. So, the cellular structure is changed; it’s quite a concept with so many benefits! Thankfully, Jodi breaks the science down so it can be easily understood.
11:50 – Getting your water from bottled water doesn’t even guarantee the best quality; unfortunately, not all bottled waters are as pure and good as advertised. But some areas are better than others for being able to find great quality water naturally. For example, in the Black Hills there are many places with good clean water – water that has healthy alkaline properties and a lower surface tension. Jodi gave an interesting example of how surface tension affects the body’s ability to process and absorb the liquid. Wait ‘til you hear why liquor hits so hard!
14:18 – What’s even more interesting is that structured water seems to taste better! So, many people will end up wanting to drink more water when they’ve got good water in their diet. The health benefits are many, including aid to bone and joint health, and it can be affordable. The Waters Edge system is for the entire house – which is especially good because clean water is also REALLY good to bathe in! Our pores just suck up the extra chemicals, so water without all the extra to bathe in can make a huge difference in health and life expectancy. Jodi and Genneca talk about a few different studies to prove those benefits, and Jodi talks about a book called, “The Body’s Many Cries for Water.” That book discusses the different signals the body gives to indicate too little water. Then, there was discussion about a book called “Alkalize or Die” that talks about the need to find the right PH balance in the body. Anyone interested can also look up Dr. Mercola
18:50 – This segment is all about some amazing water experiments conducted by Dr. Emoto. It was found that emotional energies and vibrations can change the physical structure of water molecules. This science becomes absolutely fascinating when a person thinks about how much of the body is composed of water. So if thoughts, words, and sounds can manipulate the cell structure of water, what can those things do for the human body? Take a look at the pictures below and follow the link to find out more about these incredible water experiments!
23:45 – Jodi shares a really cool story about Buddhist monks praying over water and what they found happened to the water because of the focused intention energy! It’s so cool!
24:20 – So, that Water’s Edge system that keeps getting mentioned is even easier to access than a person might think. First of all, it can be found at Back To Nature because Jodi is a distributor. Secondly, it only costs $300 – $400 for a system that rejuvenates water for your entire household. If you’re interested in finding out more, be sure to call Jodi directly at 605.347.2225.
25:10 – Want to know what next week’s episode has in store? Let’s hear it for the glue that holds our bodies together, but only in the correct format. Jodi talks about what great things we’ll be hearing about next week, on the next great episode of Naturally Speaking! Plus, we take a moment to discuss the price comparisons between Back to Nature and other retailers. (It’s a big difference!)
